Returns & Refunds

If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us at so that we can make it right.

We offer a refund for change of mind purchases but the customer must request it within 14 days of the day of the delivery.
Product must be unused and returned in original packaging and brand new condition with no sign of usage.

Please have in mind that we do not accept change of mind returns on cosmetic and hygiene products.

If the product is returned because of change of mind than the customer is responsible for any shipping charges.
If the product is returned as a result of an error on behalf of HULI then shipping expenses are covered by Huli.

All claims are individually assessed and approved returns are credited back to the original method of payment.

We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds. If you wish to exchange product we will refund your return and then create a new order.

All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
