With Huli it is very easy to get a refund! You simply must request it within 30 days of the day of the delivery and then send the goods to us within the next 7 days.
The product must be unused and returned in original packaging and in brand new condition with no sign of usage.
Please have in mind that we do not accept change of mind returns on cosmetic and hygiene products (toothbrushes, cosmetic pads, swabs etc).
If the product is returned because of a change of mind then you are responsible for any shipping charges.
If the product is returned as a result of an error on behalf of HULI then shipping expenses are covered by HULI.

All claims are individually assessed and approved. Returns are credited back to the original method of payment.
We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds. If you wish to exchange products we will refund your return and then create a new order.
